Is this only for guinea pigs?

Do I need tools to assemble this?
No tools required! All Guinea Colony products use our custom one-twist bolt system. You can tighten or loosen the bolts using a coin (like a quarter or penny), a flathead screwdriver, or even most household keys—whatever you have on hand.

Divider kit

I'm actually using this kit in an old style grid cage to prevent a bar biting habit one of my guinea pigs has developed. This way he can see and smell his grid mate without being able to gnaw the metal bars between them.
